IRFC Share Price in The Market Today

As of today, 13th August 2025, IRFC Shares are at Rs 125.01, that is 0.02% down. Today, Shares opened at Rs 126. The current UC limit is at Rs 137.53, and the current LC limit is at Rs 112.52. The total market capitalization of the company stands at around Rs 163369 crores.

Company Financials

IRFC has released its Q1 FY26 results, and it shows a slight 2.21% jump in total income of Rs 6915.38 crores. Operating profit has also spiked by 2.02% to Rs 6867.22 Crores and Profit after tax has jumepd 10.71%. But the operating margin has slightly declined by 0.19%. All these figures are compared on a YoY basis.

Recent News on IRFC

  • IRFC refinanced Rs 2,539 crore for Angul Sukinda Railway Limited (ASRL), strengthening critical freight corridors in Odisha on 11th August 2025. This will improve operational efficiency and support future freight capacity upgrades.
  • The 38th AGM of the company is scheduled for August 30, 2025, expected to address strategic plans, management changes, and business diversification.

IRFC Share Price Target

Being one of the most popular stocks in the market, IRFC has many target price suggestions by the analysts and institutions. Motilal Oswal suggests a short-term target between Rs 128 to Rs 140. FIGW suggests a range between Rs 129 and Rs 477 by the end of 2025. However, Consensus has downgraded the stock and suggested Rs 50.

Recommendations on Buy or Sell

According to the moneycontrol website, 100% of the analysts suggest selling out IRFC Shares. On the other hand, there is no recommendation given by Consensus analysts for these shares.
