Earthingkart Solutions Launches Premium Eco-Retreats, Targets Sustainable Home Stays by December 2026

Earthingkart Solutions Pvt Ltd announced its entry into luxury sustainable hospitality, unveiling plans for signature home-stay retreats in Sakleshpur (Karnataka) and Amalgudu (Andhra Pradesh), with the first properties slated to open by December 2026. The move extends the firm’s engineering-led approach to safety and sustainability into experiential rural tourism.

From Industrial Safety to Sustainable Hospitality

Founded in Bengaluru and best known for earthing and lightning protection systems, Earthingkart is diversifying from industrial safety products to hospitality that emphasises environmental responsibility and slow travel. The board approved the strategic shift on March 6, 2026.

“Our core mission has always been to create strong foundations for infrastructure,” said Founder and Director Natwar Loyalka. “With this new venture, we are bringing that same philosophy to human well‑being by offering spaces where guests can reconnect with nature and step away from the noise of modern digital life.”

Selected Destinations and Offerings

Sakleshpur, Karnataka

Located in the Western Ghats, the Sakleshpur project will emphasise eco‑agro tourism, leveraging the region’s coffee plantation heritage. The property aims to offer immersive experiences that combine heritage farm stays with low‑impact design and local agrarian activities.

Amalgudu, Andhra Pradesh

The Amalgudu retreat will highlight Andhra Pradesh’s rural character, combining vernacular architecture with contemporary sustainable building techniques. The design seeks to deliver serene, high‑end stays while maintaining regional architectural identity.

Sustainability and Local Impact

Consistent with its engineering background, Earthingkart says sustainability and safety will be embedded throughout development and operations. Planned measures include the use of eco‑friendly construction materials, deployment of renewable energy systems, and incorporation of advanced safety technologies.

  • Eco‑friendly construction materials to reduce lifecycle carbon footprint
  • Renewable energy integration and energy‑efficient systems
  • Local hiring and community engagement to support regional livelihoods
