The wait for NEET PG 2026 candidates is almost over. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release the admit card on August 24. The medical entrance exam will be held across the country on August 30 in a single shift.

How to Download NEET PG 2026 Admit Card

Once released, candidates can download the hall ticket from the official NBEMS website. They must visit natboard.edu.in first. Then they click on the NEET PG 2026 section. The admit card link will appear there. Candidates login with their user ID and password. After login, the admit card appears on screen. Download it and keep it safe. A printed copy must go to the exam center.

The city intimation slip and admit card are separate documents. The city slip came out on August 11. It only tells candidates the exam city. The admit card shows the exact exam center address. It also includes the reporting time and instructions. Candidates must download both documents separately.

Details Printed on the Hall Ticket

The hall ticket will carry the candidate’s name and roll number. It will also show the exam center, date and time. Every candidate should verify each detail. Spelling errors, photo or center issues must be fixed in time. Experts advise downloading the card on release day. This leaves time to correct any mistake.

Since the exam happens in a single shift, reporting on time is crucial. No second shift will be available for latecomers. Reaching late may cost candidates their chance.

Documents Required at the Exam Center

A printed admit card is compulsory for entry into the exam hall. Candidates must also carry an original valid photo ID proof. The official NBEMS guidelines list accepted documents. Reading these guidelines carefully avoids last-minute confusion.

Why NEET PG Matters

NEET PG opens doors to MD, MS and PG diploma courses. Every year, thousands of seats are filled through this exam. These include All India quota and state quota seats. Deemed and central university seats are also covered. ESIC and Armed Forces Medical Services seats are part of it too. That is why lakhs of medical graduates prepare every year. NBEMS has asked candidates to trust only the official website. Social media rumors often mislead aspirants. Check updates on official sources only.
