Maruti Suzuki has raised the price of its e-Vitara electric SUV by up to Rs 20,000, marking the second price revision since the model’s launch in February 2026. The entry-level Delta variant saw the steepest increase while the top-spec Alpha trims remain unchanged. This move follows similar price hikes on the Brezza, Jimny and Baleno models as part of a broader revision announced last month.
Delta and Zeta Variants Get More Expensive
The e-Vitara Delta variant now costs Rs 16.19 lakh ex-showroom after a Rs 20,000 increase. The mid-spec Zeta variant has become Rs 15,000 pricier with a new ex-showroom price of Rs 17.94 lakh. Customers opting for these trims will have to pay significantly more compared to earlier this year.
Alpha Trims Spared From Price Revision
The Alpha and Alpha Dual-tone variants along with all other trims have not received any price change. After this revision the e-Vitara range starts at Rs 16.19 lakh and goes up to Rs 20.21 lakh ex-showroom. This is the second price hike for the model since its market debut in February 2026.
Earlier Hike in June Hit Select Variants
In June 2026 Maruti had already raised e-Vitara prices by up to Rs 30,000 on select variants. The company first launched the electric SUV in India earlier this year positioning it as a key player in the growing EV segment. The consecutive price revisions come amid rising input costs and component shortages affecting the auto industry.
Maruti Also Hikes Brezza Jimny and Baleno Prices
Alongside the e-Vitara Maruti has also increased prices on the Brezza CNG trims by Rs 5,000 and the Jimny by Rs 15,000 across all variants. The Baleno saw its top-spec Alpha variants jump by Rs 30,000 while mid variants got a Rs 15,000 hike. Only the entry-level Sigma trim remains at Rs 5.99 lakh without any increase.
