Bengaluru SaaS Startup Mojro Raises $3 Million to Expand AI Logistics Optimization Platform Globally

Mojro, a Bengaluru-based logistics SaaS company, has raised $3 million (about ₹27 crore) in a funding round led by IAN Group’s IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from existing investor 1Crowd and other stakeholders. The capital will accelerate product development, support global expansion and strengthen engineering, product and sales teams across key markets.

Founding, product and market focus

Founded in 2016 by Kishan Aswath, Amit Kulkarni and Ranganath Seetharamu, Mojro offers a B2B software platform that combines artificial intelligence, machine learning and operations research to optimise supply‑chain planning and execution. The company’s solutions address routing, delivery timelines, vehicle capacities and real‑world operational constraints for sectors including retail, consumer goods, dairy, courier services and e‑commerce.

More than 60% of Mojro’s revenue currently comes from overseas customers. The startup plans to deploy the new funds to deepen its presence in the United States and Southeast Asia — especially Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines — while expanding its India and international teams to support growth.

AI‑driven optimisation and commercial model

At the core of Mojro’s product is an optimisation engine that produces data‑driven plans and actionable insights for distribution and last‑mile execution. By modelling complex constraints and trade‑offs, the platform aims to lower logistics costs and improve service reliability, addressing pressures from rising transport expenses and supply‑chain disruptions.

Mojro sells its platform on a usage‑based pricing model, allowing enterprises to scale costs with operational demand rather than committing to fixed subscriptions. This flexible approach has appealed to large customers seeking measurable return on investment from logistics technology.

Competitive landscape and investor sentiment

The logistics‑tech space in India and globally is highly competitive, driven by accelerating digitisation, predictive analytics and automation. Mojro differentiates itself through a focus on practical, on‑ground problems solved with advanced algorithms and operations research.

The recent funding round signals investor confidence in supply‑chain SaaS platforms that can demonstrate tangible ROI and scalable growth. As enterprises continue to digitise logistics, demand for AI‑enabled optimisation tools is expected to grow steadily.

Product roadmap and outlook

Mojro intends to enhance its AI capabilities with advanced predictive optimisation and risk‑modelling features, positioning itself as a global logistics‑SaaS provider. With fresh capital, expanding international traction and a technology‑centric approach, the company aims to help enterprises build more resilient, cost‑effective and adaptive supply chains.
