Indian audio brand boAt has entered the smart projector market with the launch of its CineHead F1 Series in India. The lineup includes two models – the CineHead F1 Pro and the standard CineHead F1. Both projectors support screen sizes ranging from 40 to 120 inches and run on Google TV 5.0.
Two Models With Different Brightness Levels
The premium CineHead F1 Pro delivers 500 ANSI lumens brightness with 1080p Full HD native resolution. It also supports 4K content playback. The projector comes with a 10W speaker and Dolby Audio support for an immersive sound experience.
The standard CineHead F1 offers 300 ANSI lumens brightness with the same 1080p Full HD and 4K support. It features a 6W speaker along with Dolby Audio. Both models include a sealed dust-proof optical engine with a lamp life of up to 30,000 hours.
Smart Features and Connectivity
Both projectors run on official Google TV 5.0, giving users access to over 10,000 apps through the Google Play Store. Built-in Google Assistant allows voice control for content and settings. The voice-enabled remote includes dedicated hotkeys for Netflix and YouTube.
Auto focus, auto keystone correction and obstacle avoidance make setup quick and hassle-free. Wireless screen mirroring lets users cast content from compatible smartphones. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi at 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.1, HDMI, USB and AUX ports. HDMI ARC and eARC support is also available.
Performance and Availability
The projectors are powered by a MediaTek processor paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. boAt says the hardware setup is designed for smooth smart entertainment and low-latency gaming sessions. An adjustable stand is included for easy positioning.
The boAt CineHead F1 Pro is priced at Rs 32,999 and is available on the boAt website, Amazon, Flipkart and select retail stores. The standard CineHead F1 will launch later this month. The company has not yet revealed its pricing or sale date.
