Tata Steel Share Price is on the news today, as the company is going to release its Q4 results. The stock has already been climbing and has nearly 3.5% today. What are the expected Q4 results? What are the target prices? Let’s check out analyst recommendations.

Tata Steel Share Price in Today’s Market

As of today, 12th May 2025, 10.10 am Tata Steel Share Price is at Rs 147.74, that is 3.47% up. The stock was opened at Rs 145.61 and has already touched a high of Rs 148.10. The current UC limit is at Rs 157.50, and the LC limit is at Rs 128.50. The total market capitalization of the company stands around Rs 1,84,431 crores.

Company Financials

Tata Steel is going to announce its Q4 results today. But before results come, analysts have already predicted a mixed quarter for Tata Steel. According to some analysts, it could report a net profit between Rs 459 Crore to Rs 1399 Crores, which will reflect a decline of 18-46% on a YoY basis.

According to Emkay Global and Kotak Institutional Equities, overall yearly comparison remains weak due to global headwinds. EBITDA is expected to be around Rs 6500 Crores, which is a slight drop from last year.

According to the moneycontrol website, 47% of the 30 analysts suggest Buy for Tata Steel Shares. The rest 27% suggest Hold, and 13% suggest Selling. On the other hand, on Trendlyne, Consensus analysts suggest Buy for Tata Steel Shares.
