Pronto Raises $25M Series B Led by Epiq Capital to Expand 10-Minute Home Services Across India

Bengaluru-based home services startup Pronto has raised $25 million (about ₹228.9 crore) in a Series B round led by Epiq Capital, with participation from existing investors including Glade Brook Capital, General Catalyst and Bain Capital Ventures. The funding will support rapid expansion of its app-based on-demand household services across urban India.

Funding, traction and market context

The Series B comes six months after Pronto’s $11 million Series A, signalling sustained investor confidence in its 10-minute services model and the broader gig-economy platforms that link households with trained domestic professionals. The round underscores growing investor interest in solutions that formalise and scale India’s traditionally informal home-help market.

Pronto reports sharp usage growth since launch, with daily bookings rising from roughly 1,000 to over 18,000 within seven months, driven by more than 20% week-on-week expansion during that period. The traction highlights strong demand in urban centres for rapid, reliable home services that cater to increasingly time-constrained households.

Service model and geographic reach

Founded in 2025 by Anjali Sardana, Pronto offers instant, scheduled and recurring services for routine household tasks — sweeping, mopping, utensil washing, laundry assistance and focused kitchen and bathroom cleaning, among others. The platform emphasises short-turnaround bookings designed to meet immediate daily needs.

Pronto currently operates in major metros including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai, and has expanded into 10 cities with more than 150 micromarkets. The startup engages thousands of service professionals who undergo background verification and in-person training before joining the network, an approach intended to improve reliability and standardise service quality.

Use of proceeds and operational priorities

The new capital will be used over the next 12–18 months to recruit and train additional on-ground professionals, strengthen operations across existing markets, and broaden service categories. Pronto also plans investments in its technology stack and logistics systems to support a wider geographic footprint while maintaining quality standards.

To support scale-up, the company has moved its headquarters to Bengaluru while keeping customer support functions in Gurugram. The core team is about 60 employees, complemented by nearly 3,000 field professionals delivering services daily.

Pronto competes in a fast-growing home-services ecosystem where several players are raising capital to capture urban demand for convenient, time-saving solutions. Its focus on hyperlocal expansion, rapid execution and structured workforce training has helped it differentiate within the emerging 10-minute services category.

As India’s working population places greater value on time and convenience, organised platforms like Pronto are formalising a largely unorganised segment. With fresh Series B funding and an expanding city presence, Pronto is positioned to scale operations and influence how urban households access daily domestic help.
