Yes Madam Posts Strong Growth, Nears ₹100 Crore Revenue Target for FY25

Yes Madam, a Noida-based at-home beauty and wellness platform, reported robust financial performance for the year ending March 2025, with operating revenue nearly touching ₹100 crore and the company retaining profitability amid continued expansion across urban India.

Strong revenue growth in FY25

Founded in 2016, Yes Madam enables customers to book salon and wellness services at home through its app and website, connecting users with trained professionals for haircuts, facials, waxing, massages and other services. The company’s FY25 filings show operating revenue more than doubled to ₹92.5 crore from ₹45.8 crore in FY24, reflecting an expanding customer base and rising demand for convenient, at-home beauty services.

Product sales were a major contributor, accounting for roughly ₹50 crore — about 54% of operating revenue. Service-related income, which includes booking commissions, subscriptions and other service charges, contributed around ₹42.5 crore. Non-operating income, primarily interest and other financial gains, added approximately ₹2 crore, taking total income to about ₹94.5 crore for the year.

Profitability maintained despite rising costs

The company’s growth was accompanied by higher operating expenses as it scaled. Procurement of beauty and wellness products became the single largest cost, rising to ₹31.4 crore in FY25. Marketing and promotional spending increased as Yes Madam invested in customer acquisition and brand-building, while employee benefit expenses rose to ₹18.14 crore, reflecting recruitment and operational investment.

Despite these cost pressures, Yes Madam reported a net profit of ₹1.8 crore in FY25, indicating disciplined cost management while expanding services and product distribution. The results position the startup to consolidate its presence in India’s growing home-beauty and wellness market as urban consumers increasingly prefer at-home convenience.
