11 IPOs to Raise Rs 7,055 Crore Next Week as India’s Primary Market Heats Up in September 2026

India’s IPO market is set for a busy week as 11 companies plan to raise a combined Rs 7,055 crore between September 7 and September 15, 2026. The lineup includes Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering, Kanohar Electricals, Prasol Chemicals, and Veegaland Developers. Most issues will open on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Fresh Issue and Offer for Sale Mix

Of the total Rs 7,055 crore, around Rs 2,722 crore or 39 percent will come through fresh issues. The remaining Rs 4,333 crore or 61 percent will be an Offer for Sale by existing shareholders. Companies will use fresh issue funds for expansion, new projects, debt payment, and working capital.

Investor Confidence Stays High

YES Securities CIO Rajkumar Rathi said this surge shows investors are excited about early-stage high-growth companies. All firms are expected to have a market cap below USD 1 billion at listing. September began strong with Rays of Belief and Deepa Jewellers launching on September 1.

Pranav Constructions Opens First

Pranav Constructions will open on September 7 with a price band of Rs 118 to Rs 124 per share, aiming to raise Rs 351 crore. On September 8, Kanohar Electricals will open at Rs 601 to Rs 632 for Rs 1,056 crore. Prasol Chemicals targets Rs 500 crore at Rs 643 to Rs 676. Glass Wall Systems seeks Rs 428 crore at Rs 172 to Rs 182.

September 9 Sees Six IPO Openings

Rentomojo leads with a Rs 1,256 crore issue at Rs 384 to Rs 404 per share. Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions will raise Rs 805 crore. Arcil plans Rs 733 crore entirely through OFS. LCC Projects targets Rs 427 crore. Karamtara Engineering aims for Rs 875 crore at Rs 241 to Rs 254. Steamhouse India seeks Rs 414 crore. Veegaland Developers opens on September 10 with a Rs 210 crore IPO.

2026 IPO Count Nears 75

The total number of companies launching IPOs in 2026 is expected to reach around 75, with August alone contributing 23 issues. Investors should check each company’s business, valuation, and use of funds before investing.
