Prominent production house Tathaastu Productions and creative studio ED Innova have joined the jury panel for Rajasthan Talent Utsav 2026, signaling strong industry support for the event and promising mentorship and exposure for emerging artists across the country.
Industry veterans step in as jurors
Bharat Oza, director of Tathaastu Productions, said the company was founded to create pathways for new talent and provide professional guidance. “I have been part of this industry for decades. We started Tathaastu Productions to provide new talent with opportunities and the right guidance,” he said, noting his appreciation for Cutting Chai’s ongoing work on similar talent initiatives.
Oza added that joining the jury will be both a selection and learning opportunity: “We are excited to judge, select, and also learn from the new talent that this competition will bring forward.” His participation brings practical industry insight and casting- and production-focused evaluation to the festival.
ED Innova pledges mentorship and quality standards
Susmita, founder of ED Innova, said her organisation has a record of helping individuals realise creative ambitions and bring projects to market. “When Cutting Chai shared their concept with us, I immediately agreed that my team and I are ready to be part of this journey to discover India’s outstanding talent,” she said.
Susmita also underlined ED Innova’s commitment to high standards, promising that the competition’s top 50 participants will represent exceptional promise and professionalism. Her involvement is expected to strengthen the festival’s focus on talent development, presentation, and project-readiness.
What this means for participants
Organisers emphasise that Rajasthan Talent Utsav 2026 aims to be more than a contest: it is positioned as a national platform to identify, mentor and showcase emerging performers. The addition of Tathaastu Productions and ED Innova to the jury is likely to increase opportunities for screen and stage exposure, industry networking, and potential professional collaborations.
With experienced industry figures evaluating entries, participants can expect feedback aligned with current production standards, casting needs and market realities—benefits that can help promising artists transition from regional recognition to national visibility.
