Bollywood star Emraan Hashmi is riding high at the box office. His film Awarapan 2 has crossed Rs 100 crore worldwide in just three days. It has also beaten Sunny Deol’s Batwara 1947, and the actor has now announced his next film.
Gunmaster G9 Cast and Release Date
Emraan Hashmi’s next film is titled Gunmaster G9. Genelia Deshmukh and Aparshakti Khurana will star alongside him. The film releases in cinemas on 27 November. Aditya Datt is directing the project. Deepak Mukut, Hunar Mukut and Sangeeta Ahir are producing it. The announcement arrives right after Awarapan 2’s blockbuster start.

Hashmi announced the release date by releasing a motion poster. He wrote that Gunmaster G9 is fully ready. The film will create a blast on the big screen on 27 November. This time, not just bullets will fly. Romance, music and action are also coming. These will win your hearts, the actor added.

Awarapan 2 released alongside Sunny Deol’s Batwara 1947 on 14 August. The two big films clashed at the box office. Emraan Hashmi’s film has moved ahead in the race. In three days, it collected Rs 81.75 crore net in India. Its gross collection stands at Rs 98.10 crore.
Rs 110.10 Crore Worldwide
Worldwide, Awarapan 2 has earned Rs 110.10 crore. The film has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark globally. Live Hindustan gave Awarapan 2 three stars. The film stars Emraan Hashmi, Disha Patani and Shabana Azmi.
Puran Gabbi Steals the Show
Puran Gabbi, brother of Vamika Gabbi, stole the limelight. The film earned three stars for Puran Gabbi and nostalgia. A weak story cost it two more stars. Awarapan 2 is not as strong as the original. Still, it is a one-time watch.
