Suzuki Motorcycle India closed July 2026 with strong momentum. The company sold 1,23,216 two-wheelers during the month. That marks a 28 percent jump over the same period last year.
Suzuki Access 125 Leads the Pack
The Suzuki Access 125 was the best-selling model of the month. It found 82,505 new customers in July 2026. Sales grew 21 percent year-on-year. In July 2025, the scooter had sold 68,172 units. The scooter has long been a favourite among Indian buyers. Its popularity shows no sign of slowing down.
Burgman and Avenis Follow Strongly
The Suzuki Burgman took second place with 30,607 units. That is a 29 percent year-on-year rise. The Suzuki Avenis finished third with 7,061 units. Its sales surged by a massive 194 percent during the month. The Avenis proved to be the fastest-growing model in the line-up.
The Suzuki Gixxer ended fourth with 1,225 units. It recorded 14 percent year-on-year growth.
V-Strom SX and e-Access Keep the List Moving
The V-Strom SX grabbed the fifth spot with 904 units. It grew 72 percent year-on-year. The e-Access electric scooter added 825 new customers in July 2026. Suzuki is slowly building its electric presence alongside its petrol models.
Premium Bikes See Mixed Results
The Gixxer 250 finished seventh with just 61 units. It fell 34 percent year-on-year. The Hayabusa super bike managed only 19 units. That was a 50 percent decline. Enthusiasts are clearly shifting towards newer offerings in the segment.
The V-Strom 800DE sold 9 units, up 50 percent. The GSX-8R recorded zero sales in July 2026.
Company Eyes Stronger Portfolio
Suzuki has kept its firm grip on the Indian market. Total sales climbed from 96,029 units in July 2025. The company plans to strengthen its scooter and premium bike line-up. It will respond to rising customer demand in the coming months. Analysts expect the festive season to push sales even higher.
