GobbleCube Raises $15 Million as Founders Reduce Ownership Stakes

AI-driven retail analytics startup GobbleCube has secured $15 million (approximately ₹139 crore) in Series A funding, lifting its valuation to about $68 million (₹612 crore). The round was led by Susquehanna Venture Capital with a $9 million cheque, alongside participation from existing backers InfoEdge Ventures and Kae Capital.

Shareholding Changes and ESOP Expansion

The latest round significantly reshapes the company’s cap table. Co-founders Manas Gupta, Srikumar Nair, and Nitesh Jindal now hold about 9.34% each, after collectively diluting more than 70% of their stake to fuel growth. Among institutional investors, InfoEdge Ventures holds 18.23%, Kae Capital 16.57%, and Susquehanna 13.24%. To attract and retain talent, GobbleCube has expanded its employee stock option pool to 10.72%.

Business Model and Market Momentum

Founded in November 2022, GobbleCube provides an AI-led platform that helps consumer brands optimise performance on quick-commerce marketplaces such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. Its tools analyse hyperlocal demand, pricing dynamics, on-shelf availability, and fulfilment patterns to deliver actionable recommendations on assortment, promotions, and inventory planning.

The company reports a tenfold jump in revenue over the past year and reached $2 million in annual recurring revenue within nine months of its public launch. GobbleCube now works with more than 400 brands, including Hindustan Unilever, Procter & Gamble, and ITC, indicating strong enterprise adoption in India’s fast-growing quick-commerce segment.

Expansion Plans and Competitive Landscape

With fresh capital, GobbleCube plans to scale its product and enter international markets, including the US, China, and Southeast Asia. The company will compete with established retail media and e-commerce optimisation players such as CommerceIQ and NielsenIQ, betting on faster deployment cycles and granular, city-level insights tailored to quick-commerce channels.

The latest raise takes GobbleCube’s total funding to over $20 million, underscoring investor confidence in data-led growth tools for brands navigating rapid on-demand delivery ecosystems.
