Bengaluru-based logistics SaaS startup Mojro Technologies has raised $5.5 million in Series A funding to accelerate international expansion and deepen its AI-led supply chain platform. The round comprised $3 million led by IAN Alpha Fund with participation from 1Crowd and existing investors, alongside a $2.5 million extension from Dallas Venture Capital. Key Venture acted as the financial advisor.
Use of funds and market expansion
The company plans to scale operations in the United States and Southeast Asia, while strengthening its presence in the Middle East. Hiring will be ramped up across product, engineering, and sales. Dallas Venture Capital will support go-to-market initiatives and enterprise connects through its DVC Advantage programme.
Mojro will channel investments into AI-driven decision intelligence for supply chain planning, risk management, and real-time optimisation—areas witnessing strong demand as enterprises modernise logistics and last-mile delivery.
From marketplace to B2B SaaS
Founded in 2016 by Kishan Aswath, Amit Kulkarni, Ranganath Seetharamu, and Swaminath Jeyachandran, Mojro pivoted from a supply chain marketplace to a B2B software model. The company now derives over 60% of its revenue from international markets, including the US, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
Mojro’s client portfolio includes more than 30 large enterprises across FMCG and manufacturing, such as Unilever, Godrej Consumer Products, and Asian Paints—reflecting growing adoption of AI-enabled logistics solutions among blue-chip customers.
AI platform and impact on logistics costs
Mojro’s platform leverages artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics to optimise route planning, real-time delivery tracking, geo-resolution, and load optimisation. The company claims its solutions can reduce logistics costs by up to 20% within 90 days.
In one deployment, a large Indian FMCG firm reportedly cut delivery turnaround from three days to one day while lowering costs. With enterprises prioritising efficiency and resilience in supply chains, Mojro aims to scale its technology stack and expand partnerships across key global markets.
