Netradyne Acquires Moove to Drive European Expansion

US-based Netradyne has acquired Netherlands-headquartered Moove Connected Mobility in a strategic move to expand its AI-driven fleet safety and analytics business across Europe. Announced on 5 May 2026, the deal gives Netradyne a direct foothold in the EU market and aligns with the company’s plan to scale globally across key logistics and transportation hubs.

European expansion through Moove integration

Founded in 2015 by Avneesh Agrawal and David Julian, Netradyne develops computer vision and edge-AI solutions to improve fleet safety, compliance, and efficiency. Its flagship platform, Driver.i, deploys smart cameras and on-device analytics to monitor driving behaviour, deliver real-time alerts, and generate insights for coaching and risk reduction.

Established in 2017 and based in Utrecht, Moove Connected Mobility specialises in telematics, IoT-enabled vehicle monitoring, and data analytics for fleet operators. Its solutions help optimise fuel consumption, vehicle health, route planning, and driver safety—capabilities that complement Netradyne’s AI stack.

Under the transaction, Moove will be rebranded as “Netradyne Europe” and operate as the company’s regional hub for operations, partnerships, and customer engagement. Netradyne said it will combine its vision-based AI with Moove’s local expertise and enterprise customer relationships to accelerate adoption across the continent’s commercial transport ecosystem.

Leadership and go-to-market plans

As part of the integration, industry executive Jeroen Bruinooge will join as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Europe, tasked with leading strategy, sales execution, and partner development across priority markets.

Funding background and market context

Netradyne entered the unicorn club in January 2025 after a $90 million round led by Point72 Private Investments, taking its valuation past $1.3 billion. The company has raised more than $260 million to date, with marquee backers including SoftBank, Reliance Industries, and Microsoft’s M12. Demand for AI-enabled fleet management has risen globally as operators seek improvements in safety scores, insurance outcomes, and total cost of ownership amid stricter regulatory and ESG requirements.

With the Moove acquisition, Netradyne aims to deliver an integrated, AI-powered fleet platform spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, combining driver safety systems, telematics, and data-driven performance management under one offering.
