Vivo has introduced the V80 Lite 5G in Pakistan, packing a massive 7,050mAh battery and a 120Hz AMOLED display with 3,000 nits peak brightness. The handset is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor and is expected to launch in India next month, though official confirmation remains pending.
Price and Availability
The base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at PKR 1,24,999, approximately Rs 43,000 in Indian currency. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model costs PKR 1,45,999, around Rs 50,000. The phone comes in Sapphire Blue and Silk White color options.
Display and Design
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,800×1,260 pixel resolution. Local peak brightness reaches an impressive 3,000 nits. The curved screen edges give the device a premium appearance. The Sapphire Blue variant weighs 197 grams while the Silk White version weighs 199 grams. Thickness is just 7.99mm. The phone carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.
Performance and Battery
A 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor clocked at 2.5GHz powers the device. It comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and either 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The standout feature is the 7,050mAh battery with 44W fast charging support, and a charger is included inside the box.
Camera and Software
The rear panel houses a dual camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. A 32MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The phone runs on Android 16 straight out of the box.
Connectivity
The device supports 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port based on the USB 2.0 standard. The Vivo V80 Lite 5G also includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for quick unlocking. Indian pricing and availability details are expected closer to the local launch date. Vivo is yet to confirm whether the Indian variant will carry the same specifications as the Pakistan model.
