Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has taken full responsibility for the medical treatment of his longtime body double, Parvez Kazi, after the latter underwent heart surgery. Parvez fell ill on August 6, was hospitalized, and doctors performed a minor surgical procedure. Salman personally ensured that Parvez received proper care without any trouble.

According to an India Today report, Parvez’s health worsened on August 6. Initial claims suggested he suffered a heart attack on set. However, his manager Piyush clarified that the incident did not happen during a shoot. Piyush and Parvez went to the hospital together for tests. Doctors then admitted Parvez and performed a minor surgery.
Salman Khan Personally Stepped In
As soon as Salman learned about Parvez’s condition, he rushed to help. He made sure Parvez faced no issues with his treatment. Piyush stated that Salman stayed with them throughout and personally took care of everything. Salman considers Parvez like his younger brother.
Parvez Is Now Recovering and Grateful
Parvez’s condition has improved, and he is deeply grateful to Salman for stepping up during a difficult time. With Parvez recovering, the team has rescheduled some stunt sequences. Salman may perform certain action scenes himself until Parvez returns to work.
A Long Partnership Spanning Many Films
Parvez has been Salman Khan’s body double for several years. He has worked with the actor on Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai, Race 3, Dabangg 3, and Radhe: Most Wanted Bhai. The upcoming pan-India action film starring Salman and Nayanthara is reportedly titled Monster. Vamshi Paidipally directs it, and Dil Raju produces it. A Korean action team is designing the stunts. The makers have built an Afghan village set at Prime Focus Studio in Mumbai. Monster is expected to release next Eid. Before Monster, Salman’s film Matrubhoomi will arrive. Chitrangada Singh plays the lead opposite Salman in Matrubhoomi, which was earlier titled Battle of Galwan.
