Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2026 Baleno facelift in India at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 6.10 lakh. The premium hatchback gets a new 1.2-liter three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and a segment-first Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System. The 2026 Baleno now features the same 1.2-liter three-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine found in the new Swift and Dzire. Maruti has replaced the old engine with this unit as part of its new strategy. The company chose to stick with a naturally aspirated setup instead of adding a turbocharger.
